The Opportunities

We are seeking Contracts Administrators at all levels to support a major multi-stage project in Corrimal:

Senior CA – Lead end-to-end contract administration, manage major subcontract packages, oversee claims/variations, forecasting, and reporting, while mentoring junior staff.

Mid-Level CA – Manage subcontract letting, assist with forecasting, monthly claims, and reporting, while building toward senior responsibilities.

Junior CA / Graduate – Support with claims, reporting, and subcontract admin under senior guidance, with structured mentoring and a clear development pathway.

Skills & Attributes

Strong understanding of contract administration processes (letting, claims, variations, reporting)

Commercial awareness with the ability to link financial forecasting to project delivery

Attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Effective communicator who thrives in a team environment

Senior candidates: proven ability to mentor and lead others

Junior/Graduate candidates: eagerness to learn, resilience, and ambition to grow

Mid-Level CA: $145K – $175K
