We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We require an experienced Roadhouse Manager for our brand new establishment located within a new Highway Service Centre situated at Trentham Cliffs near Midura Victoria.

As the Roadhouse Manager, you will be managing a brand new site and establishing its initial foundations of staff, customers, in store offers and more. Customers will range from highway travellers, heavy vehicle drivers and the community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading and maintaining a successful team dynamic with staff

Co coordinating staff rosters and staff duties

Ensuring stock is ordered and liaising with the staff to maintain and increase sales.

Ability to work within a fast paced environment

Complete daily bookwork in partnership with site Administration Officer

Promote and follow safe work practices

Ensure site is maintained and well presented at all times
