With a strong pipeline and a reputation for excellence, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Development Manager (ADM) to support our Development Team in bringing our clients projects from concept to completion.
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Development Manager, you will support senior members of the development team in the planning, design, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of property development projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in property development, with exposure to all stages of the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the end-to-end development process including planning, design, approvals, construction, and handover
Support feasibility studies, financial modelling, and market research
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, local authorities, and contractors
Help manage project timelines, budgets, and risk registers
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Attend site inspections, design meetings, and council/authority consultations
Assist with land acquisition due diligence and negotiations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant planning regulations, market trends, and development best practices
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in property development, construction, or a related industry (graduates with strong internships may be considered)
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with development software or financial modelling tools is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen interest in property and urban development
