Who are we?

We are a team orientated construction company based in the western suburbs of Sydney, focusing on commercial upgrades, housing renovations, Tiny Homes and maintenance projects.

Renobuild Projects is looking for a full-time skilled Carpenter to join our team.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a trade-qualified carpenter to join our growing Sydney team. The role covers reactive carpentry, vacant property works, and small residential upgrades (up to 20-day projects). You’ll be trusted to work independently, liaise with clients/site managers, and deliver quality results.

What We Offer:

$85,000 – $95,000 + super + vehicle/allowance (approx. $45–$50 per hour equivalent)

Ongoing pipeline of work – no downtime between jobs

Supportive team environment with autonomy on projects

All tools & safety gear provided (or generous allowance)

KPIs / Performance Expectations:

Complete reactive jobs within agreed SLA timeframes

Deliver upgrades on schedule and within budget

Maintain a quality defect rate under 5%

Positive client feedback on professionalism & communication

Keep job reporting/photos up to date in company system
