About the role

Baibuilt Constructions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice Carpenter along with qualified carpenters to join our rapidly growing team. This is a full-time role where you will work alongside experienced carpenters, learning the trade and gaining valuable on-the-job experience.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in the construction, installation of all carpentry works

Learning how to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications

Gaining experience in the safe use of power tools

Participating in the construction of framing, roofing, eaves, cladding, decking and much more

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

A passion for the carpentry trade and a desire to learn

Strong problem-solving and manual dexterity skills

Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to undertake formal training and obtain relevant qualifications

Commitment to working safely and adhering to all health and safety procedures
