L&C Facility Management is seeking a talented Carpenter - Maintenance all rounder to join our team across Newcastle & Central Coast Region. This full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of residential properties. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks, utilizing your diverse skill set to manage various projects efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

Perform general carpentry tasks such as installation, repair and maintenance of fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, and other woodwork

Undertake repair patch and painting work as required

Diagnose and rectify issues, providing practical solutions to maintain the functionality and appearance of client properties

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies

What we're looking for

Trade-qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality maintenance services

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find practical solutions

Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, and skilled in a range of maintenance tasks

Current driver's license and reliable vehicle

Commitment to workplace health and safety
