Marble Recruitment is seeking experienced Foreman, Lead Excavator Operators and Pipelayers for Subdivision and Infrastructure projects around Brisbane. We have opportunities for:

• Pipe Crew Foreman, Schedulling, Planning and Running Pipelaying crews.
• Lead Excavator Operator, where trenching, benching, final trim, GPS experience, and safe excavation around live services are highly valued.
• Experienced Pipelayers to assist in stormwater, sewer, and drainage installation, requiring strong teamwork and an understanding of trench safety.

All roles require a White Card, relevant tickets, and a commitment to workplace health and safety. Competitive pay rates and immediate starts are available for the right candidates.

Pipe crew Foreman

• Experience leading pipelaying crews
• Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying)
• Machine Operating Tickets (Excavator)
• 4-5+ Years in Pipelaying

Lead Excavator Operator

• Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
• Ability to safely dig around live services
• Experience in trenching for sewer/stormwater pipelines
• bulk earthworks, and detailed excavation
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) standards
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Relevant plant operator tickets (Excavator)
• Ability to work efficiently within a team and follow site plans
• 4+ Years experience operating an Excavator

Experienced Pipelayer

• Previous experience working in a pipe-laying crew (stormwater, sewer, water, or drainage)
• Ability to assist with setting up and installing pipes
• Experience spotting machinery and working around live services
• Understanding of trench safety
• White Card (General Construction Induction)
• Certificate III in Civil Construction (Pipe Laying)
• confined space ticket
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labour in all weather conditions

This role begins as a temporary assignment with the potential for a quick transition to a permanent contract.
