Project Coordinator – Contracts & Delivery
Location: Stanmore, NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Project Manager & Director
Salary: $70 – $90k including Super + bonus (based on experience)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
o Develop scopes of work and tender packages, coordinate and let contracts to subcontractors and suppliers.
o Monitor contracts and scopes throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement schedules, tracking registers, variations, and payment claims.
o Manage tenders and procurement timelines aligned with project programmes & tender deadlines.
o Support financial reporting and cost control: budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow.
o Assist with project reporting across cost, quality, safety and programme.
o Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with scope, quality, and detail.
o Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, respond to RFIs, troubleshoot issues & building strong relationships.
o Assist with authorities and approvals, including development applications and pre-construction.
o Attend site meetings and monitor trades, quality, safety, and programme.
o Support safety, cost, quality, and time management across the project under the guidance of the Project Manager.
o Assist with Project QA, WHSE & Programme: ITPs, Sample Registers, SWMS, Pre-Starts, Toolbox Talks, Short Term Programming, Scheduling Works.
o Perform ad hoc tasks: meeting minutes, system development, supplier agreements, team support and the like.
Qualifications & Skills
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship essential
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software (e.g, Procore, Bluebeam)
Licensed driver – required to drive to work and project sites.
