What we are looking for...

A candidate with a can-do attitude, who comes with experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the contract admin space, or a project coordinator that has had some experience with contract administration.

As a contract admin, your tasks will include but not limited to;

Maintain excellent relationships and communication with insurers/clients

Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor contracts. Coordinating the procurement process

Manage and monitor contractor performance, implement performance strategies

Manage variations, progress claims, and payment schedules

Provide input/support with project budgets, forecasting, and reporting

Understanding of WHS, tendering and negotiating.

Assist with project delivery to meet timelines, quality standards, and compliance

Between 6mths - 1 year experience/exposure to contract administration work

1-2 years working with an insurance repair builder and understanding the industry

Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn

Strong team player

Prime software an advantage

Cert IV Building & Construction an advantage
