Position-Specific Requirements

• House 1: Female support workers only (aged 20–30) for female participants.

• House 2: Male & Female support workers (20-45).

Your Role & Responsibilities

✔ Provide personal care (showering, dressing, medication, meal prep).

✔ Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plans with empathy.

✔ Support clients in social, recreational, and community activities.

✔ Foster independence and life skills development.

✔ Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

✔ Assist with light housekeeping as needed.

Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Flexible for shifts (days, evenings, weekends, sleepovers).

Essential Requirements

• 1+ year experience in disability support.

• First Aid & CPR Certificate (current).

• Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle.

• Working with Children Check.

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

• Police Check (within last 6 months).
