We’re a fast-growing solar and electrical business committed to delivering high-quality service and clean energy solutions across Hervey Bay and surrounds. Our team is passionate, professional, and customer-focused — and we’re looking for 1–2 internal electricians to join us in dynamic, client-facing roles for an immediate start.

About the Role

This is not your average sparky job. You’ll be the face of our business for many customers — handling service calls, conducting pre-installation scopes, and supporting sales with technical expertise. While electrical repairs and troubleshooting are part of the role, the core focus is customer service, site scoping, and technical support.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to sales — offering product advice, identifying customer needs during site visits, and helping close deals with your technical insight.

Solar installation is unlikely, as we have an external install team, but may occasionally be required. The role primarily involves battery installs, switchboard upgrades, power/data point installations, and general electrical installations and fit-offs

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-installation site scopes and assessments
• Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues
• Support the sales team with product and installation advice
• Perform electrical repairs and maintenance as needed
• Carry out battery installs, switchboard upgrades, power/data point installations, and general electrical fit-offs
• Ensure compliance with safety and solar installation standards
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Queensland Electrical Licence – essential
• Solar accreditation (CEC Installer) – essential
• Battery accreditation – essential
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in residential solar, battery, or general electrical work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile job systems
• Must reside in Maryborough or Hervey Bay — our office is based in Hervey Bay
