The Opportunity
As Personal Assistant to the Directors, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support that enables our leadership team to focus on growing the business. This is a varied role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic property environment and enjoys being involved in all aspects of the business.

About the role
No two days will be the same in our busy office. Key activites and responsibilities include;
Prepare detailed property appraisals and proposals
Conduct buyer and vendor follow-up calls to maintain strong relationships
Compile and distribute weekly inspection reports to vendors
Write compelling property descriptions and maintain CRM database accuracy
Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for Directors
Manage and prioritise all communications
Coordinate communication between team members, contractors, and service providers
Maintain comprehensive filing systems (digital and physical)
Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance
Plan and execute business events, client functions, and team meetings
To be successful to secure an interview you will possess the following attributes:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in property/real estate
Positive can-do attitude
Customer service excellence
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of property appraisal processes is desirable
Event planning and coordination experience
