We are a busy specialist physiotherapy practice with consulting rooms in South Perth and Joondalup. We provide expert care and advice for workers' compensation and private clients.

We are seeking an admin team member to work 25 - 30 hours per week. Hours include opening and closing shifts. This position will be located in South Perth within the central admin team.

This role involves patient scheduling, insurance approvals, data entry, reception duties, billing/invoicing, and phone management.

· Administration experience and excellent attention to detail are required

· 1-2 years of administration experience is required

· Allied health experience preferred, but the right person is more preferred

· Comprehensive training provided with graduated exposure to practice tasks
