As our next Front Office Superstar, you will:

• Go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience and represent the brand through exceptional service.
• Liaise with guests to build their package requirements and create memorable holiday moments to take away.
• Providing exceptional customer service by responding to guests & owners inquires promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Maintaining and inputting Hotel reservations.
• Promoting and up-selling hotel packages and restaurant reservations through strong product knowledge.
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Coordinating guest arrivals & departures; always liaising with suppliers in a positive and professional manner
• Maintaining guest accounts and banking to trust account regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive hotel / resort front office experience
• A team player who is additionally exceptional at working autonomously
• Previous experience with RMS PMS is highly desirable.
• Exposure to trust property letting and accounts preferrable.
• Guest and team focus
• Strong work ethic with solution focus
• Ability to work calmly in a faced pace environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated with a collaborative leadership style
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
