Facilities Manager – Major Warehouse Renovations

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a major warehouse renovation project in Canning Vale. This is a 12–18 month contract role offering the chance to deliver a large-scale transformation while maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.
As the on-site facilities lead, you will coordinate contractors, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure the project is delivered safely on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all facilities-related activities and safety meetings for the renovation project
• Coordinate contractors, operations teams, and building services for smooth execution
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational continuity throughout the project
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates clearly to all stakeholders

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Proven facilities management experience in warehouses, industrial, or large-scale renovation projects
• Strong operational and safety background with disciplined, hands-on approach
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Competent in EVOTIX, LINKSAFE, MS Suite, and core operational systems
• White Card (Construction Induction) mandatory
• Ability to commit for the full contract period
