Preparing accurate financial statements and reports for management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.

Assisting in the formulation and implementation of accounting and budgetary policies.

Managing the timely lodgement of BAS, PAYG, GST, and income tax obligations.

Examining operational costs and analysing income and expenditure to support business planning.

Conducting internal audits, supporting external audits, and ensuring financial compliance with statutory obligations.

Maintaining and improving internal financial controls across payroll, accounts payable, credit control, and general ledger.

Providing financial and taxation advice on business operations, structures, and future planning.

Managing and advising on accounting software systems to improve accuracy, reporting, and efficiency.

Liaising with auditors, financial institutions, and brokers for audits, compliance, and funding arrangements.

Supporting compliance-based financial reporting, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with insolvency or restructuring matters where required.

To be considered for the position, you must possess the following:

Qualifications in Finance or Accounting.

Minimum of 1 years of professional experience.

Experience in using accounting software.

Advanced Microsoft skills and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work well within a team.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written communication).
