The Opportunity

An industry leader is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract. A great opportunity to broaden your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced finance environment. This role requires an immediate start and is perfect for a candidate on a working holiday visa.

The Role

This is a hands-on role that will see you involved in a variety of responsibilities including:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including receipting and allocation of client payments across multiple bank accounts
• Process cheque and EFT deposits, ensuring accurate and timely allocation to matters
• Liaise with Partners and Business Services teams to resolve allocation queries
• Prepare debtor and receipting reports, supporting finance month-end requirements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm policies and client requirements

About You

• Experience with end-to-end accounts receivable
• Professional services or legal experience high advantageous
• Immediately available to start, open to WHV candidates
