About The Opportunity

An experienced Deputy Manager Residential Care is now sought for a modern facility located in Clayton South. This site provides contemporary accommodation and quality care to 152 residents and is recognised for its commitment to supporting elders from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.

The successful candidate will:

Bring a minimum of 5 years’ experience in aged care leadership

Hold current registration in General Nursing, with at least 5 years post-graduate experience

Have a strong understanding of aged care legislation and compliance

Demonstrate cultural sensitivity, particularly in relation to CALD services

Show a results-driven, innovative, and people-focused approach

This role is supported by a strong administration team and guided by the Executive Manager of Residential Services.
