Join a highly regarded commercial builder delivering landmark community and education projects across Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an $8m school build in Warrnambool, driving quality, safety, and program outcomes from day one.

The Role:

• Oversee all on-site activities from groundworks through to handover.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
• Uphold high safety standards and ensure compliance with HSEQ systems.
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships.
• Report progress, manage programs, and resolve challenges proactively.

About You:

• Proven track record managing commercial or education builds $5m–$10m+.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive site teams effectively.
• Ability to interpret drawings, manage programs, and deliver to deadlines.
• Passionate about building safe, high-quality learning environments.
