What We’re Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing in residential aged care.
• Proven experience in commissioning services and/or managing mergers.
• Strong leadership skills in change management, team engagement, and clinical governance.
• A collaborative, hands-on leader who can balance clinical oversight with strategic project work.
