About the Role
We are seeking 4–5 compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to provide quality support to an NDIS participant in the Adelaide CBD area. The role involves assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and community access while promoting independence and safety.

Shifts Available

Weekdays (Daytime): 9:00am – 1:00pm & 7:00pm – 8:00pm

Weekdays (Evening): 8:00pm – 10:00pm

Saturdays: 9:00am – 1:00pm & 7:00pm – 10:00pm

Sundays: 9:00am – 1:00pm & 7:00pm – 10:00pm

Sleepover Shifts: 7:00pm onwards

Pay Rate
💰 $33 – $35 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

What We’re Looking For
✔ Female support workers (participant requirement)
✔ Experience in personal care, manual handling & community access support
✔ Familiarity with trauma-informed practice and behavioural support plans
✔ Reliable, compassionate, and able to build trust with participants
✔ Must have NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, and relevant qualifications
