What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality, person-centered care

Assist with daily living: personal care, meals, mobility, and social activities

Support clients with challenging behaviors in a safe, respectful way

Work alongside families, professionals, and team members

Keep accurate records and share progress updates

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Highly Experienced working in disability support, particularly with clients displaying behaviours of concern, is highly desirable

Minimum 1 Year of Disability Support Work Experience

Highly experienced in Handling Clients with Complex Behaviours

Certificate III or IV in Disability or equivalent qualification
