Executive Assistant HR & Marketing Focus$125,000 + super | Sydney

My Client is ASX Listed global SaaS business headquartered in Sydney, with operations across multiple international markets. The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant with expertise in HR and marketing to provide critical support to our CEO and CFO, while playing a broader role across the business.

This is not a traditional EA role — it’s an opportunity to step into a dynamic, high-exposure position that combines executive support with HR administration, marketing coordination, and business operations.
What you’ll be doing

  • Executive Support: Manage diaries, meetings, reports, presentations, and board/investor documentation.
  • HR Administration: Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and staff engagement.
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate with agencies, assist with campaigns, social media content, and brand initiatives.
  • Business Operations: Office management, vendor coordination, compliance, and special projects under CEO/CFO guidance.

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoys variety. You’ll be:

  • Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal ability.
  • Detail-focused with strong problem-solving capability.
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office (experience with HRIS, CRM, or marketing platforms an advantage).
