Responsibilities of this role

Oversee the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of some of our sites, including regular site visits (travel interstate required)

Work closely with our operations team and Customer Experience Centre to achieve monthly KPI’s that include revenue growth and other goals

Complete audits on a monthly basis and identify compliance matters for follow up

Skills and Experience

High attention to detail

Demonstrate initiative and work autonomously while remaining connected to the team

Industry and operations experience desirable but not essential

Ability to analyse business reporting, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for growth and respond accordingly

Friendly, clear and confident communication, with the ability to build rapport quickly

A versatile and dynamic approach to diverse workplaces and managing team members

Promote a positive work environment that allows growth and feedback for employees

Performance driven and customer-centric

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder complaints and resolve conflict promptly and amicably

Highly proficient in the use of computers and digital platform such as Office 365 (Microsoft CoPilot, SharePoint, Excel etc)
