The Role

We're seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and play a key role in supporting business growth. This position will oversee financial management, payroll, client invoicing, compliance, and provide strategic insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly financial statements

Oversee cash flow, budgets, and forecasts

Manage complex payroll operations (multi-award, multi-site)

Lead client invoicing, margin reporting, and dispute resolution

Implement and monitor financial controls and compliance

Provide strategic advice and modelling to support growth

About You

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) highly regarded

5+ years' experience in a senior finance role

Industry experience in labour hire, recruitment, or services is highly desirable

Proficiency with Xero; experience with Astute Payroll highly desirable

Advanced Excel and strong financial analysis skills

Excellent communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving ability
