The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to join our leadership team at our Glenroy manufacturing site. This is a rewarding role where you’ll not only own financial reporting and analytics, but also lead our small sales and admin team to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end reporting and deliver clear, actionable financial insights
Partner with design and production teams to streamline processes and implement best practices
Supervise payroll and support HR-related functions
Guide and mentor the admin and sales support team
Strengthen relationships with key retail partners and suppliers
About You
You’re an experienced finance leader who combines sharp analytical skills with a confident, collaborative leadership style. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
You’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
CPA / CA qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience in manufacturing or a product-based business
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with great organisational skills
Solid systems knowledge and a knack for problem-solving
