About the Role:
As a Room Leader, you will:

Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a high-quality educational program tailored to children’s interests, strengths, and needs.

Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community.

Document children’s development using a variety of reflective and creative methods aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Inspire your team with strong leadership, guiding them in delivering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

About You:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma or an experienced Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (ACECQA-approved).

A genuine passion for working with children and shaping their future.
