About the Role:
We are seeking a Diploma qualified Room Leader for our service located in Belrose.
The Room Leader Diploma Educator will have:
• Good knowledge of The Early Years Learning Framework
• Understanding of National Quality Standards
• Understanding of basic compliance that relate to their day-to-day tasks
Required Qualifications and Certificates:
A recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and care OR be actively working towards.
A valid Working with Children Check
A First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificate or willing to obtain
Child Protection Certification or willing to obtain
Basic Food Handlers Training or willing to obtain
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work in a flexible way, including participation in Professional Development Framework and Community Engagement Program
A 'can do' positive work ethic
