Pearl Recruitment is partnering with a national landscaping company delivering works across commercial and civic projects from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.

We are currently recruiting for multiple roles with consistent, long-term opportunities and a clear path to permanent full-time employment following a successful trial period.

Current Openings:

• Team Members
• Team Leaders
• Supervisors (includes vehicle)

About the Role:

• Large scale civil and commercial sites only – no residential gardening
• Daily duties include mowing (zero turn), whipper snipping, brush cutting, pruning, planting, mulching, hand weeding, backpack spraying, and open space maintenance
• Use of digital reporting systems as part of daily work
• Night shifts may be required (2–4 per month)
• Some roles may require meeting onsite or at designated pickup points

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6–12 months of experience in landscape maintenance
• Confident using a brush cutter
• Spraying experience - highly regarded
• Experience in commercial horticulture, turf management, or open space maintenance
• Additional licences or machinery tickets are highly regarded
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
