Here’s what we need from you:

# Experience in soft landscaping roles and maintenance.

# Have a full manual Drivers license.

# Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs/ sites, and train apprentices.

# Honest and trustworthy.

# Experience in leading teams would help.

# Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top-notch.

# Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.

Some hardscape experience, skid steer, and excavator ticket highly regarded.
