Diya's Alterations is seeking a talented Presser and Customer Service professional to join our team in Corinda, QLD. As a casual position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a customer-focused environment where your attention to detail and excellent service skills will be highly valued.

What you'll be doing

Pressing and finishing garments to a high standard using commercial pressing equipment

Providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with alterations and tailoring requests

Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure optimal productivity

Communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a pressing or garment alteration role, ideally within a retail or tailoring environment

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality pressing work

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour

Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and evenings as required

A commitment to maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Must possess valid Australian work rights to be eligible for employment

Candidates must be 16 years of age or older
