As we expand, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator (Marketing) to build our digital presence and strengthen our brand across Australia.

The Role

You will lead the creation and management of digital content that promotes our services, showcases our reputation, and engages clients across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines creativity with data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, photos, videos) across social media, website, and digital platforms.

Design campaigns that highlight cleaning services, NDIS and Aged Care trust, and customer success stories.

Analyse campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and ROI with actionable reporting.

Optimise content for SEO to improve online visibility and rankings.

Work closely with management to align campaigns with business goals.

Develop creative strategies to grow brand awareness and increase qualified enquiries.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (required).

Minimum 2+ years' experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills.

Experience in photography, video editing, and portfolio of visual content (highly desirable).

SEO and Google Analytics knowledge preferred.
