Store Person Opportunity to Advance into a Team Leader Role

Bayswater Location

Hours of work Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm & Friday 6am to 12pm

This is a hands-on position. You will start as a warehouse Store Person, and if successful you will have the opportunity to move into a Team Leader Position.

The store person:

Picking and Packing finished goods

Forklift operations LF Counterbalance and Reach Forklift

Overseeing Stock inventory, coordinating inwards and outwards goods

As a Team Leader role includes:

Assisting the warehouse manager in the daily flow of the Warehouse

Delegating work to warehouse staff

Coordinating dispatch and shipping and returns

Undertaking regular stock takes.

Ensure inventory is accurate and in its allocated location

Ensure good housekeeping practices within the team

Communicating updates and issues and recommending improvements to management

Picking and packing goods

Ensuring all aspects of the Warehouse are in line with OHS requirements.

About You

You must be reliable, hardworking

Good attention to detail

Strong leadership skills and a can-do working attitude

Effective communication and the ability to self-manage are essential

You need to be a reliable worker who shows up on time and ready to go.

You will need to be physically fit as the role will include some lifting.

What you need:

2+ years warehouse store person experience

Forklift licence and experience

Picking and Packing experience

Good English skills both verbal and written

Very strong attention to detail
