Store Person – Point Cook
Location: Renron Australia, Point Cook, Victoria
Rate of Pay: $38.76 per hour + Overtime Available
Hours: 36 hours/week (9-day fortnight)

About the Role
We are seeking an organised, reliable Store Person to oversee and manage the company stores at our Point Cook facility. You will be responsible for controlling the flow of materials, consumables, tooling—both incoming and outgoing—and supporting our workshop operations. You’ll work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and the full-time Asset Mechanic, ensuring materials and tools are available, tracked, and maintained to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate company inventory registers, ensuring all materials, consumables, and tooling are recorded correctly.
Liaise with suppliers: obtain costings, place orders, and manage purchasing of goods and consumables.
Coordinate delivery of materials to the stores, ensuring timing and quantity align with site and workshop needs.
Monitor usage of goods and tooling, tracking what goes in and out, and ensuring that tooling leaving stores is in good repair.
Coordinate servicing and maintenance of vehicles and machinery under store control.
Assist with the physical tasks of loading / unloading trucks and general manual handling.
Assist with general workshop duties as needed, supporting assets mechanics and supervisors.
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent punctuality, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
Good computer literacy, especially basic data entry and use of spreadsheets.
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
Valid forklift licence.
Previous warehouse/store experience.
High attention to detail.
Commitment to safe working practices.
Ability to work well in a team.
Preferred / Desirable Attributes
Experience in stock control or managing inventory systems.
Purchasing or procurement experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
What We Offer
Competitive hourly rate of $38.76 plus overtime as required.
