Learn Now Publications is a boutique educational publisher based in Woolloomooloo. We specialise in writing and publishing textbooks and online resources for VET providers and universities, with a strong focus on Accounting and Business.

We’re looking for an Accounting graduate to join our small but growing team. This role combines editorial and administrative responsibilities, offering exposure to both publishing and business operations.

The Role

This is a varied position where you’ll work closely with our team on both day-to-day business tasks and the development of learning resources.

Your responsibilities will include:

Acting as a point of contact for customer queries.

Assisting with planning, developing, and testing engaging training resources in your area of expertise.

Editing and critiquing draft materials in a constructive, goal-focused way.

Managing deadlines and contributing as a reliable member of a collaborative team.

You’ll see projects through from start to finish and gain insight into how digital and print publishing, and small businesses generally, functions.

About You

The successful candidate will:

Hold a Business/Commerce degree with an Accounting major and strong academic results.

Have outstanding written communication skills.

Be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

Work effectively under pressure and thrive in a team environment.

Have an unrestricted right to work permanently in Australia.

We will also highly regard candidates with:

Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB.

Writing, editing, or publishing experience.

Studies or interest in software development or web design.
