The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the sales process — from first contact through to closing the deal. You’ll be dealing with a high volume of inbound leads, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and consistently driving to beat ambitious targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Consultative Selling – Understand each client’s needs and recommend tailored luxury hire solutions.
Closing Deals – Negotiate with confidence, think on your feet, and convert leads into bookings.
Lead Management – Manage a fast-paced pipeline and ensure every opportunity is followed up.
Client Experience – Provide five-star service that creates loyalty and repeat business.
Collaboration & Contribution – Work closely with operations and leadership, give input, share ideas, and be part of shaping the company’s growth.

What You’ll Bring

Intelligent & opinionated – Able to contribute ideas, give feedback, and help grow the business.
