About the role

Allfilters Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse & Operations Facilitator to join our team in our Canning Vale, WA location. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support the company's manufacturing and distribution activities.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

Implement and maintain warehouse management systems and processes to optimise productivity and inventory control

Supervise and train future warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety protocols

Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with business requirements

Analyse warehouse data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain operations

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems)

Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

Knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams

Must have high reach fork licence
