We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operator – Picker/Packer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently; while also assisting with a range of ad hoc branch duties as required We are a close-knit team that supports each other in our daily tasks, with a strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration. Based in Malaga, Western Australia, we are a small, dynamic company where every day brings new experiences and challenges.

The role will include:

· Accurately picking and packing customer orders.

· Performing manual handling tasks, including lifting cartons weighing 25kg or more — physical fitness is essential.

· Safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

· Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

· Supporting general warehouse operations as required.

· Assisting with container unloading and coordinating casual labour when necessary.

· Providing support across the branch, including stock organisation, general cleaning, and assisting team members and customers as needed.

Licence/Certification:
