About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our small team as a Warehouse Operator, with an immediate start. The candidate must be reliable and be physically fit as this is a manual picking, packing and wrapping role. You will be willing to work across a wide variety of warehouse and administrative duties, have a strong ability to problem solve and be fluent in spoken and written English. We are seeking an employee who is committed to a long-term position with us. This role requires no overtime and no weekends.

What you'll be doing

· Accurately picking, packing and wrapping orders daily, and arranging despatch via our freight companies

· Tracking and coordinating delivery of all inward shipments from our suppliers

· Managing warehouse stock levels including stock rotations and general related administrative paperwork

· Liaising with freight companies and our customers to resolve any delivery or supply issues as they arise

What we're looking for

· Previous warehouse experience (highly desirable but not essential, training is provided)

· An employee with the ability to understand, analyse and resolve issues as they arise related to orders and delivery of our goods

· An employee with the ability to work autonomously, be proactive and self-motivated whilst working within a small team environment

· An employee with excellent communication and administrative skills including computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

· Strong written and verbal English essential

· Must be physically fit as this is an active picking, packing and pallet wrapping role

What we offer

This is a full-time position – 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The package on offer is $80,000 - $ 85,000 per year + super. This is a permanent, long-term position.
