Our client is a leading civil construction firm in Queensland, specialising in bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utility installations. What You Will Be Doing

We have multiple sites across the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra to Coolum. We are looking for top tier excavator operators to assist with long term roles.
Working as a lead excavator operator, you will be involved in:

Excavating in close proximity to shoring boxes

Working around live services

Working around deep excavations and trenching

Following directions from supervisors and pipelayers

Bench cutting trenches to industry standards

Operating safely around services and in team environments

Labouring as required

Using GPS systems for final trim (desirable but not essential)

What You Will Need

RII Excavator Ticket

Experience with GPS

Experience lowering shoring boxes and working in deep excavations

Experience with pipe laying

Strong focus on safety and teamwork
