This is a growth role due to increasing demand. You'll join an established multidisciplinary team and benefit from excellent administrative support so you can focus on clients.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload: WorkCover, DVA, plus QLD Government & Employer referrals
• Services include vocational & functional assessments, RTW planning, ergonomic assessments & early intervention
• Opportunity to incorporate mental health & employee support programs if of interest
• Strong injury prevention focus - unique & impactful services
• Reasonable caseload size & very achievable KPIs, customised for your level of experience
• Supported by a central administrative team who take care of the background work
• Some travel across the Darling Downs & Lockyer Valley (Warwick, Stanthorpe, Goondiwindi, Dalby), with office bases in Toowoomba & Brisbane. Referrals allocated as close to your home as possible & shared equitably across the team

The Benefits

• Salary $75-110K + Super (commensurate with experience)
• Annual bonus up to $10K (based on holistic performance, not just billables)
• PD allowance $1,000/year, covering Comcare registration & Mental Health First Aid in your first year & then in line with your areas of interest
• Phone, laptop & iPad, if required
• Psychological support available for wellbeing
• Relocation support considered
• Flexible hours (e.g. 7am-3pm Fridays) by agreement, WFH 2 days/week after initial 3 months. Open to more WFH for remotely based candidates
• Full-time or part-time role (minimum 3 days/week, ideally 4+)
• Access to pool car or reimbursement for personal vehicle use at the ATO rate

The Ideal Candidate

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA/ESSA registered)
• Experience in and/or an interest in Mental Health
• Rehab Consulting experience valuable, though motivated Clinical candidates & graduates warmly welcome to apply
• Down-to-earth, team-oriented & willing to learn
• Enjoys building strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Driver's licence & car (pool car available in Toowoomba, per km reimbursement at ATO rate)
