About the roles
We are seeking training and development professionals (APS5–EL1) to join a team dedicated to delivering culturally safe and inclusive training packages. These roles are central to building workforce capability and supporting positive outcomes for First Nations peoples.

Working collaboratively with internal teams and First Nations stakeholders, you will co-design training that reflects cultural knowledge, lived experience, and adult learning principles—shaping learning experiences that resonate and create lasting change.

What you will do
Depending on the level, you may:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging training and development programs

Partner with First Nations stakeholders to co-design culturally informed learning solutions

Ensure training reflects best practice adult learning principles and inclusive approaches

Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement

Provide strategic advice on workforce capability and development priorities

Lead, mentor, and support colleagues to achieve training and development outcomes

What you will bring

Experience in learning design, facilitation, or workforce development

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary training delivery methods

Ability to engage respectfully and effectively with First Nations stakeholders

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

For senior roles: leadership capability, strategic influence, and the ability to drive cultural safety in workforce development

• Qualifications in Education or HR: Formal qualifications in training, education, human resources, or a related field.
