Jackson Asphalt is seeking an experienced machine operator to join our team, preparing base and civils for asphalt works.

Located out of our Maddington office, the successful candidate will assist with trucking, preparing base, and final trim as part of our Civil Team.

Key responsibilities:

Operate machinery with precision to prepare base and conduct final trim (skid steer, excavator, roller, plate compactor)

Remove spoil from site and deliver road base

Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment in good working order

Requirements:

Proven experience in civil construction and machine operation

White card

Road Ranger HR licence at a minimum
