Bobcat & Tipper Truck Operator – Civil Construction

Axiis Contracting is a trusted provider of turnkey civil and in-situ concrete services across Western Australia. Since 2013, we've partnered with local and state governments, delivering high-quality footpaths, crossovers, and minor civil works throughout the Greater Perth Metro and regional areas.

We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Bobcat & Tipper Truck Operator to join us at our Maddington yard. If you're experienced, safety-focused, and ready for consistent work in a supportive environment—this could be the opportunity for you.

Minimum 3-5 years of bobcat/skid steer operating experience is required for this position.

🔧 About the Role

You'll be responsible for a range of civil site tasks including:

Excavation and removal of concrete panels/turf

Transporting materials to recycling facilities or tip sites

Box out and final trim to required levels

Site clean-ups, backfilling, and temporary reinstatements

Operating in public areas with skid steer and truck

Backloading clean sand to our Maddington yard

Performing basic machine checks and daily maintenance

Safely operating wheeled skid steer loader and tipper truck

HR licence is required to operate the tipper truck safely

Full Australian work rights are required for this position.

A current White Card must be held before commencing work.

✅ What You'll Need

Valid Skid Steer/Bobcat Ticket

White Card (Construction Safety Induction)

HC Licence (Road Ranger)

Minimum 2 years' experience in civil, earthmoving, or construction

Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening

Full working rights in Australia

Own transport

💡 Subcontractors welcome! You can operate using our equipment (Toyota Huski skid steer & 6-wheeler tipper with pig trailer) or bring your own under an ABN.
