About the Role
As we prepare to open the doors to our newest showroom in Armadale, we’re looking for a personable, organised and client-focused Assistant Showroom Manager to join our growing team.
This full-time, in-showroom role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves nurturing client relationships, and is looking to step into a leadership pathway. You’ll work closely with the Showroom Manager to drive team performance, deliver exceptional service, and ensure daily operations run seamlessly.
This role is based in-store and follows a fixed Tuesday–Saturday roster.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily showroom operations including appointment coordination, presentation, and preparation
Deliver exceptional in-store service through personalised consultations and post-visit follow-up
Help manage and convert active leads through relationship-driven communication
Contribute to team sales targets by supporting high-conversion consultation experiences
Collaborate with the Showroom Manager on visual merchandising and showroom upkeep
Maintain accurate lead tracking and ensure proactive re-engagement of clients
Assist in the execution of in-store events, VIP activations, and special appointments
Help identify customer needs and support seamless end-to-end client journeys
Represent the TMC brand with warmth, care, and professionalism
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, customer service, or a sales support role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience in client relationship management and lead nurturing
A confident, calm, and solutions-focused presence
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
Experience in luxury retail or jewellery (advantageous but not essential)
A desire to grow within a values-led, customer-first business
