In this role you will:
Oversee compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and NDSS accreditation.
Contribute to RFFR compliance and organisational governance.
Manage WHS systems and ensure staff and participant safety.
Maintain staff training and compliance registers.
Lead internal and external audits and accreditation processes.
Support the development, review and implementation of organisational policies and procedures.
Develop and facilitate ongoing staff education and training across all facets of the quality management system.
Maintain accurate records, data, and reporting for compliance purposes.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all programs.
About you:
Experienced in quality assurance, compliance or related roles.
Background in community or employment services.
Strong organisational and reporting skills with a detail-focused approach.
Demonstrated ability to manage systems, processes, and reporting effectively.
Knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards and NDSS standards.
NT Ochre Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, NT Driver’s Licence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital systems.
