About the Opportunity
As our Data & Outcomes Project Officer, you will be responsible for the collection, management, and analysis of data to support Anglicare NT’s goals. You will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and supporting staff to input accurate and meaningful data, contributing to the organisation’s data strategy roadmap and identifying opportunities for data-driven innovation and design.
You will assist with the development and implementation of client feedback surveys, provide administrative support to program areas, and contribute to the development and monitoring of quality documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data systems, has a keen eye for detail, and has a passion for working in the community services sector.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in data science, social sciences or a related field)
- Demonstrated experience working within the community services sector, with a genuine commitment to and passion for the work that we do.
- Substantial experience in utilising data systems in the community social services sector.
- An understanding of the use of data to demonstrate outcomes
- An aptitude for facilitating collaborative solution focused approaches and the adoption of new processes
- Prior experience or, at a minimum, demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, and culturally and linguistically diverse clients, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must provide 100 points of identification to confirm Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia; possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a valid NT driver’s licence.
Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
