About the role:

My client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to join the Finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions across international entities in Australia, the UK, and North America.

This position offers flexible working hours and one work-from-home day per week, making it ideal for candidates seeking both professional growth and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and debtor follow-up
• Manage monthly payment runs and ensure the timely processing of invoices across multiple entities
• Assist with the preparation of month-end reconciliations and reporting
• Provide ad hoc support for financial analysis and general office duties
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all financial data and records

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar accounting role; experience with international entities (UK, Europe, or USA) is highly regarded
• Relevant accounting qualification preferred
• Proficiency in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations; experience with Pronto ERP is advantageous
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines across different time zones
• Self-motivated and collaborative team player
