The Opportunity:

Accounts Receivable Officer

• End-to-end management of receivables
• Generating and issuing invoices
• Monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue payments
• Performing daily reconciliations and preparing reports
• Providing outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders

Accounts Payable Officer

• End-to-end management of payables
• Daily processing and coding of supplier invoices
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
• Preparing weekly payments (EFT & BPAY) and issuing remittances
• Supporting month-end close and audit requirements

About You:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable and Receivable experience working for a residential builder
• Proficient in Xero or MYOB and Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
