About the Role

WorkPac is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our client’s team. In this role, you will support the identification, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of Engineering Information Management systems. The successful candidate will actively contribute to safety, governance, and team routines while delivering accurate documentation support across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user and transactional support for engineering document management systems

Manage access, quality governance, and supporting documentation

Assist in system training and continuous improvement initiatives

Support project teams with accurate and timely documentation

Participate in field leadership, team routines, and performance reviews

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a customer-facing administrative/document control role

Strong multitasking and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Engineering Systems (Documentum, Meridian, Aconex, SNEXT) highly regarded

Knowledge of project management frameworks

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environment

Valid C class licence
